HFMA Board of Directors – 2011-12
HFMA’s Board of Directors is composed of 13 members – 9 elected directors, three officers, and the President (HFMA’s chief staff officer). The three officers serve one-year terms and the elected Directors serve three-year terms. All terms of office begin on June 1. This spring, members elected three directors, a Chairman-Elect, and a Secretary/Treasurer from a slate selected by the HFMA Board of Directors.
